Dr. Heather Craig, C.C.F.P.

After my childhood in Winnipeg, I completed high school in Edmonton, and my undergrad in Biological Sciences (with a minor in music) at the University of Alberta in 2010. I finished Medical School in Calgary in 2014, and trained with Westgrove Clinic from 2014-2017 in Family Medicine.

I worked in Family Medicine with Low Risk Obstetrics in Calgary and High River from 2017-2021, then moved to England for a five year adventure for my partner’s work!

I returned to the Edmonton area in 2026, and am thrilled to be joining Westgrove clinic after 9 years away.

I am passionate about patient centered care, medical education, and finding joy in small moments.

When I’m not in clinic or on call, you can find me exploring playgrounds with my four fantastic children, making music with friends, enjoying the performing arts scene in Edmonton with my partner, or contemplating reading the pile of unread books on my nightstand
