Westgrove Clinic offers many services to non-clinic patients who do not have a family doctor at our clinic.  

• Rapid Access Birth Control Consults - Referral form 
• Lactation Counselling - Referral form
• Vasectomies - Referral by letter 
• Maternity Care - Referral by letter
• Circumcision - Referral by letter

Please have your family doctor complete a referral form or letter and fax it to us at 780-960-5298.  We will contact the patient directly to book an appointment with one of our providers.

If you don't have a family doctor to refer you, please call the clinic and speak to our reception team at 780-962-9888 ext 1.
