Cancellation Line

We now have a dedicated cancellation line on which you can leave a message, to cancel any given appointment,  at any time during the day or night, whether the office is open or closed.  

Simply call the main office number 780-962-9888 and press #2 immediately.

Please leave the full name of the person the appointment is for, spelling the last name, time and date of appointment and which doctor the appointment is scheduled with.  

Our staff check the messages first thing in the morning and throughout the day. They will cancel your appointment. 

Please be advised that Westgrove Clinic requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.  This policy is in place so that someone else can use that appointment slot.
