We realize it can be difficult to get through our busy phone system some days. We have expanded our Reception team to assist in this process .If you are trying to book a follow up appointment you may book online, by going to www.westgroveclinic.ca or you can call during non peak hours. Usually the phones are extremely busy between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 and 3:00 daily. We do encourage you to call outside these times if it is not an urgent appointment that is required.
Please note that the switchboard opens at 8:30 a.m. daily and closes between 12:30 and 1:30 daily for the lunch hour. Monday through Friday, the phones go to the answering service at 4:30 p.m.
